NOTE: On this same day there will be a large Desfile de Delegaciones, which is a city wide parade through downtown Oaxaca. That means that after 5:00pm the streets are practically impassable. Make sure you plan to arrive at the reception before 5:00pm so you don't get stuck among the crowds.
